Shrug, more likely system time is a tad wonky.  If the TZ is still there it
ought to be correct although it might be on AEDT rather than AEST... I did
have to do some jiggery pokery with it when I beat The Reader into doing JAM
instead of just using the HUDSON base.  Will have a look, I probably have
multiples of that batch file kicking around too... it took some voodoo to try
and make it work on one bat from different software...
