First attempt at running Zeus in a WinUAE environment was a disaster. It locks up, doesn't save any configs, and just sucks. The variables I need to change are switching from WB3.1 to maybe WB2.04, using ECS instead of AGA, and using a system folder instead of a system HDF, which is pretty much an image file. To be fair, I'm not using a new WinUAE window neither, but repurposing one instance of WinUAE out of the 5 or 8 copies of WinUAE I have on my laptop. 
So I'm gonna start a new fresh WinUAE folder and try installing WB2.04 on it instead of WB3.x or WB4.x. What OS are you using? 1.3? 2.x?
