I enjoyed Mechcommander a lot. Microprose made some really remarkable games
using the licence. That was also the single biggest computer game by size at
the point, I think. When installed on the hard disk, it came in at just over
1 gig. All those voxel graphics and SFX... Nowadays a game being 1 gig is
nothing.
