Yes on the linked node (echocfg), I specify a filebox for a node, and anything put in there goes out during the next session. You can even trigger the session with a semafore (although its a general binkp "poll all" instead of poll a specific node - but then you could call jsexec binkit -l in the batch file if you wanted it to go out immediately.
