Unlikely it had 2M of RAM.  Doom required a minimum of 4M to run, wouldn't run on anything else.

I ran it with 4M of RAM on a 386DX 20, in low detail, and had to shrink the screen size by one step, although when I got an SVGA card, I was able to run it, slowly, without shrinking the screen.
