Wow makes me rethink adding any.  I don't want to ruin the game for sure.  Just almost no uses for gems I have a huge pile of them and can't for the life of me remember what the heck to do with them.  I seem to remember a BBS that had an IGM (pretty sure it was custom and not shared) that took advantage of allow you to buy gold with gems and things like that so if you needed one or the other you can trade it back and forth.  At a small cost of course.  I'll have to check out the honeymoon hotel to see what that one entails.
