Retropie is a really good option for an inexpensive system. Because I not only 
wanted to play all the retro stuff I also wanted to play many of my current 
games I went with Ryzen 5 system with a 4tb HD for the 10,000 plus games I have 






on it current using Launchbox/BigBox as the front end. I built my own two 
player cab using Ultimarc joysticks/trackball and controller. You can get all 
the stuff to build a decent bartop or stand up system from Micro Center.
