I dont really want to spend 1400 bucks for a new desktop. I do not really play 
PC games aside from Final Fantasy 14. I am thinking of replacing my Nvidia 1070 
graphics card with an AMD 6650XT and replace my power supply with a 600 watt 
power supply instead of a 500 watt. I think that would help my older AMD 
motherboard. I think this could be done for under 400 bucks.
