I was humming & hawing back and forth as to whether ASCII 1 or CP437 2 was 
the correct way to go.  In the end I have Telegard set to "filter 8-bit 
ascii" so I *think* ASCII 1 is correct.  It's not like CP437 2 would be 
incorrect, but in this case I think ASCII 1 is *more* correct.  If that made 
any sense at all...

Hence (thanks to Spectre's help) I can add a TZUTC & CHRS kludge in with 
IceEdit as well as my bot posts.
