All my pings outside zone 21 went through. The pongs came back almost 6.5
hours later.

In the 90s, my friend was in Antarctica. He used to send email with no
spaces and punctuation because it cost almost $1 a character to send it via
satelite. Sometimes it would take days to receive email due to weather, etc.
