If you're good a pearl I'm almost certain you can get it to do most anything, 
including folding your laundry.  Deon has a fancy-schmancy hook that adds 
the TZUTC kludge to ping replies.

Maybe pop into the MYSTIC echo on Fidonet, g00r00 is pretty receptive to most 
suggestions and a CHRS kludge doesn't seem too far a strech, though I know 
he's mulled over adding in UTF-8 support, so that kludge may be added then?
