I think I'll stick with NetRunner for uploading & downloading.  I can
download but not upload from Telix with Mystic and I can't seem to do either
with Telix in DOSBOX with Telegard.

But BlueWave seems to work quite well.  Not sure if there are any
alternatives to DOSBOX under windows that does modem emulation?
