Well that failed miserably.  No matter how many times I tried to get the packet to upload in Telix it would never finish.  I used NetRunner to upload the .REP packet and it went just fine.  Not sure why downloads work just fine but uploads don't.

I'll see if I can find a copy of Terminate and see if I have better luck with that.
