It's weird, everything works every time except for uploading the reply packet
back.  Downloading works no problem, but uploading I'll have to try three or
four times before it will finally take.

Not sure if it's a Telix thing, a DOSBOX thing or Telix with DOSBOX.  Either
way if I upload the reply packet with NetRunner it works the first time every
time.  I'll try uploading this reply packet with Telix and report back how
many times it took to get it to work.
