Well its like this, as far as I can see my existing batch file for iceedit
ought to be working without a hitch.  In local HUDSON bases I can see the
"<ctl-a>TZUTC: 1000" however I can't view message headers in "The Reader" so
I cannot confirm all is AOK there, but on the face of it they look ok.
