but you don't have my v3 address. My nodelist also wouldn't exceed 157 characters even with the long onion v3 address.

Should OBN be Tor/Onion only or could it be used for other overlay network addresses, e.g. i2p (somehash.b32.i2p)? If it's reserved for Onion addresses we could omit the .onion, but would need flags for other overlay networks.
