You may be better served in the long run by learning how to install and use this: http://www.columbia.edu/~em36/ntvdmx64.html

Both for the sake of having access to more ram on the machine, and for being able to continue to run your BBS on a supported OS in the future.

If you're set on Windows 10 32-bit though, I generally just zip the mystic folder and unzip it on the target machine. There's nothing outside of that
folder that mystic touches by default.
