Frontdoor indeed is a mailer, but it also has a terminal in it. Press Alt-J when Frontdoor is running. Don't bother the max bps rate of 38400. In the connect messages (modem -> default settings -> connect messages) you can add something like: message CONNECT, DCE SPEED 33600. If you want to use it with to dialup to internet systems, you could use RLFOSSIL. You simply dial-out with ATDT127.0.0.1 or with ALT-D to choose systems from you nodelist (if setup correctly with IP addresses ....). If you need more info on that let me/us know.
