Subj : Messages Not Showing UP

I have a strange problem with the Fido conferences.  I am apparently receiving the 
incoming packets because they show in the c:\mystic\msgs folder and the file names 
match the name exactly, but they don't appear when I try to read them.  I have 
permissions to read them, so I have no idea on what the problem is.

Any ideas?
