So when I do this it will show the result but then ask is this the address
yes/no and I say yes and then carry on.

Do you have a nodelist compiled in your mystic setup? In other words if you
use the nodelist browser and look up my surname 'hayton' do you see me pop up
with a few Zone 21 listings or nothing?

The other question is what is your setting in mystic -cfg > config > message
settings > force NL lookup?
