In whatsnew.txt of newer A47 Alphas:

+ Added new MUTIL function [Export_AREAS.BBS] to create an export of all
   Echomail message bases in the AREAS.BBS file format.  See the default
   MUTIL.INI for example.

+ MUTIL: Added the option to export Golded message base definitions
   into a nicely formatted text file.  See the default mutil.ini for 
   an example of the new [Export_Golded] stanza.

So you need the MUTIL.INI from a new Alpha to look at it. In my case I usually
install new Alphas to /nmystic and get everything like that from there.
