Finally got a 'local sent' on my BOT again just now. So I managed to get things 
cleared out, it was a BUSY problem. Polling now shows Polled 1 systems
instead of Polled 0 as I was getting. The messages I posted were on Agency
rather than my own BBS as it wasn't getting out.
