The setup should be something like this:

/mystic/webroot/
x:\bbsdir\webroot\ 

In that dir you have 2 directories named:

- cfg
- www

In dir www you have your index.html or whatever you want to name it and maybe
some other directories.

In mystic config you have: Servers -> HTTP
Active Yes
etc ...
path to the root:  /bbsdir/webroot/ or x:\bbsdir\webroot\
