First question is the OS 32 bit or 64 bit? Is it Raspbian? Quick check for
that is "cat /etc/issue" (checking issue message). Mine shows:
Raspbian GNU/Linux 8 \n \l
as an example of a 32 bit Raspbian on a Pi3. I don't see anything that shows
64bit, we used to assume 32bit which all mine are. The Pi4 should do either.
Ubuntu would tell you with "uname -a", but not Raspbian from what I see. There
isn't a release 64bit Mystic for Pi.
