You need to add the area group to the "List ACS" in your message area config.

Use a list acs like s10g1 for group 1, s10g2 for group 2, s10g3 for group 3 and on like that.

Your message has two tear and origin lines. Are you using golded along with Synchronet?

If so you can stop golded from adding a tear and origin line, since SBBS will add those on export with the CTRLINFOECHO keyword in golded.cfg.

A blank CTRLINFOECHO will stop golded from adding them.
