I saw that message. It sounds interesting.

I've got 2 Nook Color e-readers, which aren't supported devices any longer. 
I saw a couple of Articles about how to root them and make them into Android
tablets or even a Linux based one.

They problem I have with doing anything with them is I need to find the
cables for them, since B&N in their infinite wisdom, made them with their own
unique cables.  

If I could get thise running, it would open up more possiblities for my
experiments.
