Really to all of you trying to make Bulletins...

I make Bulletins by editing what's there already. I'm using vi, but anything 
that will leave things as they are including special characters will work.
Just copy bullet1.asc to bullet3.asc and edit the subject line on down. That
makes a bullet3, then to get it in to the menu edit bulletin.asc which is the
menu file for Bulletins and add the new bullet3.asc in.

That is how I've always done it after looking through the code that made it.
