Hey gcubebuddy,

Just wondering if you ever got an answer to this question?  I've tried to
create new ones, and modify existing - and while I can modify the existing
using the ASCI editor, no items don't appear in the bulletins menu, and
existing items' subjects don't update.  I figure this is the same issue
you're experiencing?
