Subj : Question about Menu commands

Hi guys,
 i had a quick question... is there any document that has all the mystic menu
commands? also when incorperatiing ANSI art, do i use the ANSI editor to
input the text commands dirctly into the ANSI file, or is there some other
way of setting up the menu commands out side of the ANSI file?
