I have 1:* 2:* 3:* 4:* in there.  That way any netmail that I may send to those four zones will be routed through my hub.

Check the filename of your echos as well.  I made this mistake when I was cloning bases and updated the echo tags, etc but forgot to update the filename.  So I thought I was posting in one echo but when I ran mutil it was picked up by the first echo with that filename.
