Av> [snip] I'm on a47... I read that snippet, too, which is why I tried it... It would be helpful, as the StarWars ASCIImovie is 20 minutes long and the ability for a user to exit would be... needed. :P One thing I HAVEN'T done it update the a47 to like... the most current build. I didn't understand, when upgrading to a47, that the pre-alpha was... lol; a pre-alpha. That needs to be updated as g00r00 continues to develop and release new pa's. So, maybe the /ESC part isn't in my version of a47?? Or... Av> I have not played with this command but checking the wiki reveals it Av> needs/addr /user and /pass options to be included for it to work. Are Av> you usingthem all? I am not. That StarWars telnet link doesn't require user or password... possibly I could set them to anonymous; regardless your post has given me a COUPLE things to investigate. Do you agree that; maybe I need the newest build of a47? And... since I'm not calling /user or /pass that maybe thats why the /ESC part isn't active? Those are my two current thoughts; and while I *did* already see the snippet about /ESC, I didn't doublebown and check the wiki so.... thanks for doing my work for me.
