Subj : TELNET menu command To : All From : paulie420 Date : Sun Nov 15 2020 15:14:43 I'm on Mystic a47, so I read in the a46 whatsnew.txt that there is now an option '/ESC' that can be added to telnet, rlogin or SSH connections to allow the Ctrl-] function to actually work to exit out of a telnet... I run the StarWars ASCII Movie as a TELNET out; so I have a menu command: IR, with DATA:'/addr=the.address' ... I changed that to '/addr=the.address /ESC' but with the /ESC added, it won't even try the telnet out. It just quickly fails - well I wouldn't even say fails, because nothing happens. It's just like the user pressed enter. No output from Mystic at all. The only other bit of info that might be needed is that this TELNET IR command is off of an InputNY question. 'Do you want to watch this 20 min ASCIIvideo?' No - exit to doors menu, Yes - IR command. Any ideas why the /ESC doesn't work on a47??? It just came out on a46, so... |07p|15AULIE|1142|07o |08......... --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A47 2020/10/23 (Raspberry Pi/32) * Origin: 2o fOr beeRS bbs>>>20ForBeers.com:1337 (21:2/150) .
