When I first setup Mystic some years ago I did it this way. Now a days I just have one netmail base.

 Al> Name: Netmail
 Al> Base Type: Netmail
 Al> Echo Tag: NETMAIL
 Al> File Name: netmail
 Al> ...
 Al> Net Address: 0:0/0 (local address)
 Al> Export to: 0 node(s)

No echo tag is needed for netmail but I don't think it will hurt anything either.

That looks the same as my netmail setup so I think that is what you want.
