Yes he did. If you go to the Menu editor in mystic -cfg, and hit /S to go into the settings, you'll see it towards the bottom of the window. 

You can have one on every menu if you want to. ;)

The only thing I've found, is the 'Offset', which tells it how many spaces to have between repeating the message, will only save '1'. So, what I did, is add spaces to the end of the message. g00r00 did say it will be fixed in the next pre-release.
