It should... but it doesn't.  Maybe I'm missing an environemnt variable?
In order to run any MPL I have to use the full path.  So I have it setup as
\mystic\themes\default\scripts\scrollz
\mystic\themes\default\scripts\scrollz.ini  (With forward slashes).
