I think that since A47 (the 2nd or so iteration) FIDOPOLL was removed and now
MIS is used for that instead.

Chances are you might need to change your events and/or scripts for sending
messages to no longer use FIDOPOLL SEND or what have you, and instead use MIS
with whatever syntax it needs.

I haven't yet upgraded to that version for fear of breaking it all as well.

Looks like the bulletin.mpx is just shown when someone logs in and runs that
script... not sure about the other two.
