Subj : Unable to access Local Mail

Apparently for some reason local Email is borked, and me nor anyone else can
get in from the login prompt for new messages. I checked the permissions on
the MB, and it's not working properly... I haven't even touched the
particular menu for that component of the login procedure.

Anyone got any ideas?
