Have a look at the "Comment to SysOp" item in the main menu -- the MW (Send
new e-mail) function could be what you're looking for. You can specify the
recipient (default is /TO:sysop which in A46 leads to the user specified by
Sysop Name in the configuration; in A47 it will instead lead to Feedback To)
and subject as desired.
