NNTP convention is usually to write posts in newsgroups to 'All'. That said I'm fairly sure in the past when I have tested posting to 'echomail' groups via Mystic NNTP server and a client such as Pan I've been able to do what you seek. I'm time poor for the next 2-3 weeks then hope to have some time to play with this and get back in BBSing again.
