Hi Avon,

Did you ever find anything out about this?  I moved ssl.cert out of my data
directory and mis doesn't seem to be re-creating it.  I'm hoping that either
A46 will re-create a stronger key, or if not, maybe I can use openssl to
create a stronger key/dhe parameters to clear up some some of these errors
with Net 3:
