Subj : Mystic "Move Before" Command

I was trying to re-arrange some of my message groups/message bases and found
the "move before" option on the editor menu.  However, it doesn't do
anything.  It moves the cursor to the lower part of the screen and has no
functionality.

I've also noticed that some of my message bases aren't listed on the message
index page, which is weird.

Any Thoughts?
