Wow, I didn't realize there was such an active Gopher community.  I know a
little about Gopher, well, enough to know what it is and what it meant for
the early days of the internet.  Not enough about current usage and how it
all works behind the scenes.

That being said, I will need to look more into it and see how it all works. 
I just explored this as a response to a friend and didn't quite know what I
was getting into.  I'm excited to find another future project to investigate,
especially considering there is a Gopher server for Mystic,

That's what you get for exploring Gopher holes.  Sometimes you find an
alternate path to Wonderland.
