Nice howto!

A cool addendum would be a nightly maintenance job (let me know if you want
to see how I do it) as well as some details on getting pkunzip.exe to work,
which might be required for some interbbs games (I can help here as well).

As far as tradewars, it won't happen sadly. The way I run it is that I run
TWGS in xorg and it works with wine.
