Hmmm, you got me thinking. I run mis via a systemd script. I think there's a
way systemd can monitor for changes to a file (like an upgrade) and it'll
trigger a task once it detects something, so maybe there can be an automatic
way to invoke the setcap command to run as root once it notices mis has been
updated.

I'm gonna store this one in my thinking cap and see if I can come back to it
later today :)
