If you move files to a new directory location and update the path in your filebase settings in Mystic you would benefit from running a mass upload function in MUTIL. Have a look at MassUpload once you have your Mystic bases configured correctly and all the files sitting in their respective directories. This function will sweep all the known dirs and update things. I'd also look at PackFileBases function after that Hope that helps.
