I noticed a file TIC with the Door Game, Galatic Dynasty v1.1

Currently I am running, and active player, of this game on v1.0 ..... 

is there a procedure to upgrade to the new release without screwing up the
IBBS part and players?

I simply tried to update on my Mystic DEV box ( not over writing ) the .INI
files and the game started as is it was a full reset.
