So, yeah, I made one. It's got two examples in the zip file, and the speed is
configurable.                                                                
                                                                             
Uses Mystic Python, and all standard Python libraries, so nothing else to    
install, just pop it into a subdirectory, config the speed, and it works out 
of the box.                                                                  
                                                                             
Will let you create an infinite number of pause files and will display a     
random one each time.
