Last I heard Ward was in touch with him and he (Bill) said to be patient. That 
was some time ago now and I don't know if anything has changed since then.

Bill's node, 1:266/404 is still in the nodelist and hasn't been marked down or 
anything so folks are expecting him back but as time goes by we just wonder.
