I wrote a thing a long time ago to import an RSS or Atom feed into a Synchronet 
message base. That's what he was using (I recall helping him get it set up).

I'm not sure how rich Mystic's Python API is wrt message area stuff, but if it 
provides you with a way to post a message, then I'm sure a similar tool could 
be written there.
