Added new rumors scripts to the magicka scripts repositories..

Use the rumors.lua to add rumors or view them,

User the rumors_display.lua from a menu or some other script to display a
random rumor inline.

I replaced the taglines on the main menu with rumors, but you don't have
to do that.
